Conscious Uncoupling™ Coaching
What do you do when the end of a marriage collapses your world?
This was me, with two young children at the time. And a panoply of emotions. Afraid of what might happen, but unwilling to stay stuck in an unhappy marriage.
I needed to get back on my feet again so that my children and I could live a good life. I don’t wish this scenario on anyone. It was the hardest thing I ever did in my life.
The lessons I learned, and the ways I had to transform my beliefs and my life became the foundation for my happy and fulfilling life today.
I learned that I really could go on, that I could take care of myself and my children. I learned that I could learn how to work with their father to create a life that allowed them to grow and develop to their full potential. And most importantly, I learned that I could graduate from my ineffective patterns in love that had me accepting relationships that didn’t support me.
I learned how to seek and cultivate healthy happy love in my life. Learning to turn your trauma into triumph is the miraculous journey of Conscious Uncoupling.
The Conscious Uncoupling™ Coaching Process is:
- A 5-Step process for ending a romantic union in honorable, gracious, and respectful ways
- A road map for how to break up in a way that does minimal damage to all involved
- A clear guide for creating new cooperative and life-affirming agreements and structures that set everyone up to win moving forward
It only takes one to have a Conscious Uncoupling™ – to recover your ability to live a happy loving and fulfilling life. In today’s rapidly changing society, most people will have more than one significant relationship in their adult lives. We need to find ways to do this in ways that are not disruptive to the safety, growth and development all involved. In my coaching I share with others the principles and practices for living “happily even after”.

I am a certified as a “Calling in ”The One”™ and Conscious Uncoupling™ coach to use these results-producing processes with clients.
Calling in “The One”™ and Conscious Uncoupling™ were created and are owned by New York Times Best Selling Author, Katherine Woodward Thomas.

Is He “The One”?
There's so much to absorb about what is happening now. It is heartening that so many in the world are standing up to support the Black Lives Matter movement. My best friend Lorraine, who is now 75-years-old, went downtown Boston to join the demonstrations...
Love in the Age of Corona
This Sunday I can say that I am very glad to be sheltered in place with Marc. I do feel sheltered, and cared for, and safe. I know he will do anything to ensure our safety.
If you know my story, you know that I am not in a 30+ year marriage.
Marc and I have been together for six years – since I was sixty.
We have been married for four years.
We bought our place in Florida shortly after we were married.
